Your Responsibilities
- Strategic and operational responsibility for the entire human resources management (organisational and personnel development, HR control/remuneration, HR processes/digitalisation, personnel administration/payroll, HR governance, etc.)
- Development and implementation of HR strategies and processes
- Advising and supporting managers on all personnel-related matters
- Recruitment and selection of specialists and executives
- Promotion of employee development and retention
- Ensuring compliance with labour law requirements and internal guidelines
- Optimisation and digitalisation of HR processes
Your Profile
- Completed studies in business administration, psychology, or a comparable qualification with a focus on human resources management
- Several years of experience in a senior HR role, ideally in a national or international environment (experience in HR administration and payroll is a must!)
- Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law and social security law, further development of HR processes, HR projects
- Preferably from the banking, insurance and/or financial sector (knowledge of HR system implementation or digitalisation)
- Ability to prepare decision-making bases clearly, structurally and appropriately for the target audience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- High social competence and empathy
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Proficient in the MS Office suite, including good ABACUS knowledge
