About the job
The Department of Supervision for Special Education and Therapies of the Canton of Schaffhausen is
responsible for preventive and therapeutic services in the areas of speech therapy and psychomotor skills for kindergarten and school children in mainstream education.
We are looking immediately or by arrangement (limited to one year with a prospect of permanent employment), for primary school and kindergarten at several locations (Rüdlingen/Buchberg 7L, Thayngen 7L, Siblingen 5L) a
The workload can be chosen flexibly; it is not necessary to cover all locations.
Speech Therapist for 21 Lessons
Your tasks
- Diagnosis and assessment of therapy needs for children with speech difficulties in mainstream and integrative special schools
- Conducting speech therapy sessions in individual or group settings for both client groups
- Consultation and interdisciplinary collaboration with parents, teachers, and specialists
- Designing preventive and integrative offers
Your profile
- A diploma in speech therapy
- Independent, flexible, and responsible
- Competent in administration and organisation
- Good communication skills
- Creative and enthusiastic in working with children, parents, and a team
