We are a dedicated architectural firm that shapes the building culture with its diverse projects, ranging from urban planning, architecture and interior design to product design.

 

Tasks

PQ’s

Research and necessary understanding of the key selection criteria for possible participation in competitions, prequalifications and study commissions

Identification and proposal of suitable projects for the respective tenders

Creation of project descriptions suitable for applications

Preparation and compilation of prequalification and prize application documents as well as their independent submission

Communication

Interface for internal and external communication enquiries: Responsible for internal communication channels (internal information, intranet)

Point of contact for media and other communication-related enquiries and coordination with the responsible contacts

Creation of press materials in collaboration with the responsible department

Implementation of short- and long-term communication measures within the framework of the overall management strategy

Responsible for social media channels within the overall strategy

Writing texts about building projects (e.g. for the website) in collaboration with project managers

Content management of the website (texts, textual adjustments)

Coordination of publications, exhibitions and book projects

Events

Organisation and implementation of events such as staff events, office trips, etc.

 

Requirements

High degree of independence, initiative, sense of responsibility and quality awareness, organisational talent

Strong communication and coordination skills, especially in dealing with various internal and external contacts

University of applied sciences degree, e.g. in architecture, media studies, journalism or an artistic subject, combined with a strong affinity and interest in architecture and design

At least 2 years of professional experience in communication

Native German speaker with excellent linguistic and writing skills, as well as good French and/or English skills, both spoken and written

Experienced in writing both short and longer texts as well as in the textual management of websites and social media channels
