Activities

Operational and personnel management of the respective teams
Strategic and professional leadership of social pedagogy
First escalation level within the teams
Regular exchange and collaboration with support persons
Responsible for the application and compliance with official standards. Ensure the application of internal procedures and guidelines
Work in coordination and partnership with their colleagues and other bodies (internal/external)
Develop the structures, processes and framework conditions regarding social-pedagogical work further. Ensure integrative work and support of all involved bodies. Integrate all necessary specialised services
Propose improvements to the procedures, processes and tools used. Implement measures in cooperation with the superior bodies
Carry out regular reporting
Ensure communication with clients and other authorities. Collaborate with other internal bodies

Requirements

Tertiary education: Advanced professional examination (HFP, Federal Diploma) or equivalent (Bachelor level)
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in accommodation/care, social work, NGO or similar
Leadership experience
Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement, criminal record and special private extract)
