What you can contribute

• Lead employees in professional and personnel matters, plan personnel deployment and ensure an efficient operation together with the team
• Ensure smooth leadership processes, organise the relevant reports and events and, if necessary, take minutes as well as regularly report to the superior level
• Provide the deployment, training and logistics infrastructure, manage the associated equipment and ensure its hygiene, legal and safety-compliant maintenance
• Coordinate and harmonise the needs of internal and external customers and maintain the availability, functionality and quality of systems and facilities
• Implement legal requirements in the areas of nature, environment and occupational safety and monitor their compliance

• Completed technical or craft vocational training
• Further training as a maintenance specialist with a federal diploma or equivalent qualification
• Experienced leader with strong communication skills
• Independent, effective and efficient working style with analytical and holistic thinking ability
• Very good general and specialised knowledge in infrastructure and building services engineering
• Good SAP skills as well as MS Office user knowledge

The logistics base of the Swiss Army (LBA) is there for the troops. It provides all logistical services for the Swiss Army and manages the material, systems and infrastructures of the Swiss Army with its around 3,500 employees and 12,000 militia members.
