To continue its development and strengthen its IT skills, we are looking for a Systems, Networks & Security Administrator wishing to contribute to the performance, reliability, and security of our IT infrastructures.

Network Systems and Security Administrator (m/f)

Your mission

Within our Information Systems Department and reporting to the Infrastructure and Networks Manager, you actively participate in the administration, securing, and evolution of our multisite IT environment.

Your role is essential to ensure the availability of our systems and guarantee the continuity of our industrial activities.

Your main responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and develop the Group's systems, networks, and telecommunications infrastructures.

• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT environments.

• Deploy and maintain cybersecurity solutions, particularly regarding access protection, vulnerability management, and network security.

• Manage backups, restorations, and business continuity arrangements.

• Participate in securing industrial environments (IT/OT), in collaboration with production teams.

• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents, providing responsive user support.

• Contribute to infrastructure evolution projects, automation, and continuous improvement of IT practices.

Your profile

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma in IT, ideally complemented by training in cybersecurity or industrial infrastructures.

• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in systems and network administration, ideally gained in an industrial environment.

• You are proficient with Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and have good knowledge of Linux.

• You are comfortable with virtualisation technologies (VMware, Proxmox), Microsoft 365, and Azure environments.

• You possess strong skills in networks (LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP) and security solutions (firewall, EDR/XDR, MFA).

• You are familiar with backup tools, monitoring, and incident management principles.

• Skills in scripting (PowerShell/Bash) and knowledge of IT/OT environments are real assets.
