HR Business Partner 60% (m/f)

- You take responsibility for your area with a lot of autonomy and bring our HR strategy to life in everyday work
- You advise and support managers in all HR matters - strategically, operationally and practically
- You are responsible for recruitments, accompany employees throughout the employee lifecycle and strengthen the employee experience
- You support talent, compensation and benefit processes within our guidelines
- You contribute to projects and help shape our HR future
For our shared success you bring:
- A higher education or further training in HR - as a solid basis for your role
- At least five years of experience in a comparable HR function - ideally in an environment where you work close to the business
- Confidence in Swiss labour law - combined with pragmatism, sensitivity and a clear stance
- Empathy, clarity and entrepreneurial thinking - ideally all three at once
- A proactive, independent and structured way of working - with high quality standards and genuine service understanding
- A positive, solution-oriented personality with humour and the necessary poise - we see your personal touch as an enrichment
