How you can contribute

• Professional, organisational and personnel management of the Controlling organisational unit
• Responsible for budgeting, financial planning and financial control of the BBL
• Develop the message for the budget and annual financial statement
• Further develop and optimise cost and performance accounting as well as controlling instruments
• Leadership and coordination of IT controlling (ICBO)
• Lead projects to optimise and digitalise controlling processes

What makes you unique

• Advanced financial or business administration education
• Proven several years of professional experience
• Goal- and result-oriented
• Enjoy preparing complex issues in a solution-oriented and audience-appropriate manner
• In-depth knowledge of planning and control instruments and methods, knowledge of the federal administration is an advantage
• Broad generalist knowledge as well as experience in public procurement
• Good knowledge of two official languages and passive knowledge of the third
