Job description:

• Overall responsibility for procurement and production planning (AVOR/PPS)
• Analysing, further developing, and implementing improvements in existing quality management
• Documentation and monitoring of quality process workflows
• Identification, control, and planning of systematic quality cases
• Leading a quality taskforce for extensive quality cases
• Coordination of certifications, conducting audits, and introduction of new certifications
• Supporting internal departments in complying with quality guidelines and handling cross-departmental quality cases
• Preparation of analyses, reports, reporting, and presentations

What you bring:

• Technical basic training (e.g. polymechanic or similar)
• Experience in quality management and certifications, ideally in industry or production
• Further training in quality management (QM auditor, certifications such as IATF / ISO 9001/14001 advantageous)
• Empathetic, communicative personality with a strong focus on quality and customer orientation
• Analytical, solution-oriented, and team-capable working style
• Professional and disciplinary leadership of 2 team members
• Very good German and English skills
