We are looking, due to maternity cover and to further expand our team, for an appointment of a

Senior QA Manager (100%)

Your main tasks

• Ensuring and implementing the GMP-compliant quality management system
• Handling QA-relevant processes (deviations and CAPAs)
• Handling customer complaints
• Coordination and responsibility for the change control process
• Supporting the department in creating SOPs, regulations, forms and checklists
• Controlling documents and maintaining the document management system
• Leading and reviewing the internal training system
• Coordinating and conducting GxP training on quality-relevant topics
• Creating and reviewing annual reports, trend reports and risk analyses
• Conducting batch record reviews
• Assisting with internal/external audits and inspections
• Experience in qualifications and validations
• Support with QA oversights

Your profile

• Higher education in life sciences, pharmacy, chemistry, biology or food sciences
• Several years of professional experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance and quality management of medicinal products and medical devices
• Familiar with inspections (Swissmedic, FDA, ISO, national authorities) and external supplier audits
• Proficient in handling documents in Word and Excel, document management systems, and precise working
• German spoken and written as well as very good English skills
