We are a trading company active throughout Switzerland, providing services for laundry and textile care products, kitchen and building cleaning. Since June 2022, we have been a subsidiary of the Swiss traditional company Schulthess Maschinen AG.

To strengthen our field sales team, we are looking for an upbeat, flexible personality.

What awaits you in your versatile daily work:

• Leadership and expansion of the sales region Northeastern Switzerland
• Strategic support and consulting of key customers
• Acquisition of new customers and development of market shares
• Close cooperation with the sales department of Schulthess Maschinen AG to expand the one-stop-shop strategy
• Responsibility for offers and projects in the relevant market area
• Price and discount negotiations within company guidelines
• Active participation in strategic internal projects
• Participation and attendance at customer events, functions, trade fairs and conferences

What you bring to your role:

• Completed technical vocational training
• Further training in sales/marketing with successful experience in sales
• Sales personality with a flair for acquisition and strong negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset, a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to respond flexibly to changing requirements
• Reliable, team-oriented and independent with a structured and precise working style
• German as mother tongue, additional national language advantageous
