• Sales and advice for our round trips, adventure trips and group offers
• Support for our guests before, during and after the trip
• Processing bookings, rebookings and customer enquiries
• Coordination with hotels, restaurants, agencies and other service providers
• Preparation of travel documents for guests and driving staff
• Ongoing support and assistance for our trips from the office
• Contact person for driving staff and partners during the trip execution
• Handling feedback and complaints
• Participation in trade fairs, sales events and customer events
• Support in marketing and sales activities
• Opportunity to take on training tasks and support our apprentices in the area of tour operating and travel consulting

• Training in the travel industry or comparable commercial training
• Experience as a practical trainer and/or a completed trainer course is an advantage
• Experience in sales and customer consulting
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and strong service orientation
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• Organisational talent as well as the ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations
• Good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
• Confident handling of common Microsoft Office applications
