To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly seeking highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in the GSCM Data & Applications department, we are looking for a committed Project Manager Supply Chain Applications - Cold Chain Monitoring & Visibility (CCMV) (a), 80-100%

Your tasks:

• Management and operational implementation of a global cold chain monitoring and visibility solution for transport conditions and time out of refrigeration
• Preparation, moderation, and follow-up of project workshops, fit-gap/design sessions, training, key user coordination, and steering committees
• Ensuring procedural and regulatory requirements in a GMP-/GxP-relevant environment. Definition, prioritisation, and tracking of business and system requirements, milestones, risks, and decision needs
• Close collaboration with internal stakeholders from supply chain, materials management, QA, QE, IT, customer service, procurement, and the global Bachem sites as well as with implementation partners
• Planning and execution of the global rollout including piloting, change management, communication measures, hypercare, lessons learned, and handover to a sustainable operating model
• Taking on tasks within the supply chain applications team for other applications and subject areas, representation in NiceLabel (label management system)

Your profile:

• Completed studies in business administration, supply chain management, industrial engineering, chemistry, or a comparable field, ideally with further training in supply chain management
• Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in project management, supply chain management, logistics, quality, or IT applications, preferably in a GMP-/GxP-regulated environment of the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in the implementation, validation, and further development of digital supply chain, logistics, or SAP-based applications
• Profound understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes along the entire value chain from goods receipt through production and storage to distribution and transport logistics
• Strong project management skills; certifications such as IPMA, PMI, or PRINCE2 are advantageous
• Very good analytical, conceptual, and communication skills as well as experience in the target group-appropriate preparation of complex professional, technical, and regulatory content
• Very good German and English skills as well as confident use of MS Office, data analysis, and reporting tools; ideally complemented by knowledge of SAP (MM/WM), system integration, and validation-relevant documentation
