Head of Unemployment Insurance (m/f/d)
- Strategic, professional, personnel and financial management of the main department
- Ensuring the correct implementation of the Unemployment Insurance Act (AVIG) and the Employment Services Act (AVG)
- Representing the interests of the Department of Economic Affairs in internal and external committees of unemployment insurance
- Organisational and procedural development of the entire organisational unit
- Leading and implementing projects and working groups
- Completed studies (Master's level)
- Connection to social insurance as well as several years of leadership experience in a comparable role
- Further training in unemployment insurance law is an advantage
- Experience in designing, leading and implementing demanding projects
- Strong communication and social skills
- Negotiation skills, solution orientation and healthy assertiveness
- Meaningful tasks in an exciting, varied and responsible position
- Scope for design within the framework conditions set by the canton and the federal government
