For the targeted expansion of the competence centre for special risks, we are seeking an experienced leader who combines technical expertise with strategic foresight. In this key role, you will significantly shape the business area for management liability, cyber risks, and specialty coverages – professionally, personally, and strategically.

Your Impact Compass
- Initiator & Team Coach: You lead a highly specialised team, promote internal knowledge development, and support mandate managers as a valued sparring partner in complex client meetings
- Solution Architect for Special Risks: You develop customised risk concepts in the areas of D&O, directors' liability, cyber crime, and fidelity for national as well as international corporate clients
- Strategic Negotiator: You design innovative framework agreements, conduct negotiations on equal footing with leading insurers, and manage demanding portfolio analyses and renewal rounds
- Market-Traditional Thought Leader: You monitor regulatory developments (e.g. FINMA requirements) as well as new risk trends and translate these into future-proof products
Your Foundation
- Proven Expertise: Several years of experience in Financial Lines & Specialty Risks – gained at a leading broker or industrial insurer
- Formalities: Qualification as an insurance intermediary VBV (or equivalent) including active FINMA registration
- Leadership Personality: A modern, cooperative leadership style combined with enthusiasm for the development of employees
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Strong sense for market opportunities, high advisory competence, and enjoyment in sparring with C-level decision-makers
- Language Skills: Fluent German and English skills for negotiation
