ICT Supporter (50%) in the Central Secretariat Bern

You ensure that our IT works smoothly in everyday life.

For our Central Secretariat in Bern, we are seeking a committed and service-oriented individual who competently supports our employees with all IT questions. Our IT infrastructure is operated together with an external IT partner. You support our employees, coordinate concerns with our IT partners and ensure that our systems function reliably. You are also a support point for the member service.

What to expect

• You ensure the smooth operation of our IT and communication systems
• You manage our IT environment with Citrix, Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• You receive support requests and fault reports, analyse them and find solutions in 1st and 2nd level support
• You install, configure and maintain hardware and software
• You support our employees with IT questions and provide training
• You document processes, solutions and know-how
• Responsibility for the annual dispatch of membership cards and documents
• Responsibility/support for templates as well as various interfaces between member service and partners
• Create various statistics for internal and external bodies

What you bring

• Experience in IT support, ideally in a comparable environment
• Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 as well as client and server environments
• Basic to good knowledge in the area of networks
• SQL knowledge / CrystalReports an advantage
• Enjoy direct contact with users and a strong service orientation
• An independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German skills and French skills; other languages are welcome
