About the job

We are a cooperatively organised and regionally anchored telecommunications company. Private and business customers receive internet, TV and mobile services from us at fair conditions – with personal, straightforward service.
As an SME with just under 50 employees, you can expect flat hierarchies, short distances, quick decisions and plenty of scope for creativity. In sales, you are part of a small team and personally advise our customers in the shop and on the phone – from choosing the right offer to supporting their daily concerns.

Your areas of responsibility

• Advising and selling our internet, TV and mobile products in the shop and by phone
• Active acquisition of new customers as well as cross- and upselling to existing customers
• Comprehensive advice and support for our customers – from product selection to contract processing
• Handling general and administrative customer concerns related to our products and services
• Support with simple technical questions and issues
• Maintaining and developing our customer base with the aim of creating an all-round positive customer experience

What you bring with you

• Completed training in retail or commercial field or an equivalent qualification
• At least 2 years of professional experience in sales or customer consulting, preferably in the telecommunications or multimedia industry
• Strong sales and customer orientation as well as enjoyment of direct customer contact
• High sales motivation and closing strength as well as a professional appearance
• Technical affinity and interest in telecommunications products and digital topics
• Enjoyment in solving customer concerns independently and explaining technical contexts simply and understandably
• Confident handling of MS Office and digital tools
• Fluent German in spoken and written form; good English skills and additional languages are an advantage
