ICT System Engineer (m/f/d)
Our Rocken partner is a leading IT company with many years of experience in supporting customers of various sizes from the automotive industry. Thanks to profound industry knowledge and numerous references, the company offers customised IT solutions that are seamlessly tailored to the needs of the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Migration and configuration of Microsoft roles, services, Microsoft Exchange Online, M365 products and 3CX telephone systems
- Planning, installation and configuration of networks (DECT, WiFi) as well as switches, routers and firewalls
- Customer support in internal and field service, including second level support for Microsoft and network systems
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of server systems (Microsoft and Linux), virtualisation environments (e.g. Microsoft Hyper-V) and backup systems
Qualifications:
- Education: Completed EFZ training in the field of IT system technology and relevant professional experience
- Working style: Independent working with high customer and service orientation, quick comprehension and precise approach
- Personality: Team player with strong communication skills
- Language skills: Very good German and good English skills
