The ESB Foundation Baselland is a regionally significant social enterprise offering people with support needs attractive training and employment opportunities as well as various forms of housing and services. ESB provides its services at 23 locations, 22 of which are in the canton of Basel-Landschaft, and one in the canton of Basel-Stadt. All activities aim to promote the self-determined life of people with support needs.

Group Leader Supported Daytime Activities 80%
Supported daytime activities enable people with disabilities to participate in simple work processes and integrate into manageable social structures - at a total of five locations.
At the Reinach location, we support people with multiple disabilities and create an individual, needs-oriented daily structure based on the personal abilities, interests, and needs of the participants. The focus is on self-determination, social participation, and lived inclusion. The offer is complemented by musical, creative, and activating activities that promote well-being, provide meaning, and create diverse opportunities for shared experiences.

- Planning and implementing creative, musical, and activating activities
- Co-creating an individual and needs-oriented daily structure
- Promoting participation, inclusion, and social integration
- Collaboration within the interdisciplinary team and documentation of care processes
- Supervising trainees and interns

Your profile
- Completed training in social pedagogy, agogics, or care (FaBe)
- Experience working with people with support needs
- Enjoyment and skills in craft or artistic areas
- Responsible, empathetic, and team-oriented working style
- Experience in care or willingness to take on care duties
- Flexibility, resilience, and enjoyment of creative work
- Independence, teamwork, and sense of responsibility
- Reflective, calm, and solution-oriented personality
- PC skills in common Office and graphic programmes
