Together with the team, you design and operate the private cloud platform based on OpenShift. You connect ArgoCD, CI/CD, security, S3 storage, ActiveMQ as well as databases like OracleDB and Postgres into a stable platform landscape.
You create powerful self-service solutions for the product teams, through which deployments and environments can be provided and managed as independently as possible.
You translate requirements around security, compliance and monitoring into practical platform mechanisms and support compliance with relevant standards such as ISO 27001.
Technical decisions are made in exchange with product teams and the architecture guild. You contribute your experience in DevOps, automation and platform architecture.
You evaluate new technologies regarding their benefit for the platform and implement improvements with a focus on stability, security and automation.
Qualifications:
A higher professional education in computer science (FH/ETH/Uni) or a comparable qualification forms the basis, along with practical experience in cloud infrastructures, DevOps and IT operations; relevant certifications are an advantage.
You work confidently with OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker and Helm in the container and platform environment.
For delivery and automation, you are familiar with GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitOps and infrastructure as code, for example with Ansible; secrets management is also part of your professional environment.
You are familiar with monitoring and observability solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana or ELK Stack. At the same time, you are characterised by responsibility, team orientation and a strong understanding of IT security.
Fluent written and spoken German and good technical English in speech and writing complete your profile.
