You are not only familiar with Abacus from usage but have already implemented, configured, and further developed solutions in finance and accounting? You understand the requirements of modern finance departments and enjoy advising companies, optimising processes, and developing sustainable solutions together with your clients?

Therefore, we are looking for an experienced individual to support our external Abacus clients as well as our internal fiduciary teams with expertise and commitment.

Do you recognise yourself?

• have several years of experience with Abacus in finance and accounting.
• have already implemented, configured, and further developed Abacus solutions.
• possess a solid education or corresponding practical experience in finance and accounting.
• have experience in consulting, designing, and independently implementing Abacus client projects.
• bring sound knowledge in several of the following Abacus modules:
• Financial Accounting
• Accounts Receivable
• Accounts Payable
• Electronic Banking
• Asset Accounting
• understand business management contexts and identify potentials for optimisation and digitalisation of financial processes.
• work independently, structured, and solution-oriented.
• appreciate direct exchange with clients and gladly take on responsibility.

Your tasks

As an Abacus Consultant / Project Manager, you accompany our clients from the initial analysis to the successful implementation and further development of their solution. You combine your expertise in finance and accounting with your Abacus knowledge and develop solutions that fit the requirements and processes of our clients.

You advise

• Consulting and support of our external Abacus clients in finance and accounting.
• Analysis of existing financial processes and recording of client requirements.
• Development of individual solution concepts with Abacus.
• Support of our internal fiduciary teams with demanding issues.

You implement

• Introduction, configuration, and optimisation of the Abacus financial modules.
• Independent support and management of client projects.
• Implementation of digitalisation and automation projects in the financial area.
• Conducting workshops, tests, and user training sessions.

You further develop

• Long-term support and professional assistance of our existing Abacus clients.
• Identifying and implementing improvement potentials in existing Abacus installations.
• Further development and automation of financial processes incorporating new Abacus functions.
• Collaboration on new services and innovative solutions around Abacus.
