Procurement is of central importance to the company, which is why you, as Purchaser and Assortment Coordinator (m/f/d)
take on a key role. You are responsible for the procurement of technical products and oversee the development of the core assortments in Switzerland. The main tasks include obtaining and reviewing offers, negotiating prices and conditions, concluding supply contracts, monitoring delivery deadlines, and ensuring product availability. Additionally, you support sales as a contact person for application-specific questions, actively contributing your ideas. Maintaining article master data in the ERP system is also part of your responsibilities. A commercial or technical education and
several years of experience in procurement
You have a good technical understanding, an eye for quality, are proficient in using MS Excel and ERP systems, and work in a structured, efficient, independent, and reliable manner. Occasional contact in English requires corresponding language skills. In the small, very well-organised and cohesive purchasing team, you act with a high degree of autonomy.
