Deputy Group Leader City Police 80-100% - Traffic Control Group
Your tasks- Supporting the group leader of the traffic control group
- Leading the traffic control group during the group leader’s absence in operational and organisational matters
- Monitoring working hours and expense reimbursements of the group’s employees via the planning and reporting system E3
- Introducing new employees
- Co-assessing the performance of employees (MAG – employee appraisal)
- Planning and conducting traffic police controls
- Processing detected offences in the reporting area
- Patrol duties
Your profile
- Completed professional examination as a police officer BBT (BP or certificate)
- Leadership course I (SPI) or willingness to complete it
- Several years of professional experience as a police officer
- Strong interest in traffic police matters
- Independent working style and decisiveness
- Team-oriented behaviour
