Deputy Head of Department Nursing Emergency Centre

Our teams in the interdisciplinary emergency centre cover the entire spectrum of acute and emergency medicine. You are where it counts: in initial care and in direct contact with patients.
What you achieve
Taking responsibility. Providing orientation. Developing emergency nursing together with around 75 employees.
- You combine your emergency experience with leadership responsibility and work closely with the head of department and the management team.
- You take on your own leadership and thematic areas and advance them independently.
- With your integrative personality, you provide orientation, set impulses, and actively and sustainably shape changes.
- You strengthen cooperation and collaboration across professional and specialist boundaries.
- You stay close to practice and combine your leadership role with direct work with patients and employees.
What distinguishes you
- You bring several years of professional experience as an emergency nursing expert and have already gained leadership experience.
- You have completed management training in healthcare or are willing to continue your education.
- You are integrative, decisive, and meet people at eye level.
- You position yourself clearly, represent the values and attitude of the management team, and bring together different perspectives.
- You have a willingness to shape, think ahead, and independently advance topics.
- You communicate clearly and appropriately for the audience and can win people over to changes.
- You are resilient, remain capable of acting even under high pressure, and are willing to go the extra mile if necessary.
