Main Tasks

• Telephone and personal appointment scheduling
• Determining necessary actions on the vehicle, consultation and cost estimate
• Customer reception, order creation and invoicing
• Assistance with technical questions
• Participation in sales promotion measures
• Contributing to optimal workshop utilisation

Your Qualifications

• Outgoing and highly service-oriented
• Basic training as an automotive mechatronics technician or automotive specialist
• Experience in customer service in an upscale environment
• Flexible, resilient and goal-oriented person with a structured and punctual working style
• Polished manners and appearance
• French or English skills are an advantage
• Ideal age between 30 and 45 years • Driving licence category B
