Your new job

• Shaping the vision, goals, roadmap and priorities of the "Data" valuestream - always with a focus on customer benefit and business value

• Further developing our products and services based on customer needs, market and trends, from recognising new business opportunities to concrete offerings – especially in the areas of data management, governance, analytics and data platforms

• Building and maintaining trusting relationships with our customers as well as acquiring new business

• Shaping the future of the valuestream: In this entrepreneurial key role, you use your wide scope for decision-making to independently manage revenue and costs and set data-driven directions

• Living shared leadership: In the leadership team of the valuestream, you take responsibility for the business perspective and contribute to making the best decision for customers, employees and Bedag

What you bring with you

• Degree (ETH, university, university of applied sciences) with a master’s degree, ideally in business informatics or economics

• At least 6 years of experience in product or service development – prioritisation, roadmaps and business cases are not new to you

• Several years of experience in the data environment and proven experience in business development and sales

• Experience with customers from the public administration

• Decisive and communicative: You skilfully bring negotiations to a close, listen actively and convince in demanding conversations through a confident manner

• Initiative and commitment: You like to take responsibility, drive new ideas forward and realise them together with the leadership team of the stream

Your salary

Your gross salary for a 100% workload is in the range of 135,000 to 155,000 Swiss francs per year, depending on your prior knowledge and experience. With little professional experience or missing skills, it may be somewhat lower. Salary development then depends on your performance and the financial success of Bedag.
