Task
You can contribute- Support the team in the implementation of the Energy Act as well as the CO2 and Climate Protection Act
- Assess legal issues and conduct legal proceedings (in the areas of civil law, procurement law, and subsidy law)
- Participate in legislative work (law and especially ordinance drafting)
- Represent the office in the field of administrative criminal law
This makes you unique
- University degree (Master) in law
- Knowledge of administrative law
- Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration and working in a political environment
- Quick comprehension, good analytical and conceptual thinking, as well as a goal-oriented working style
- Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language
