We are looking for a trainer for the education and supervision of our apprentices, starting immediately or by arrangement:

Trainer in Carpentry (80–100%) – Promoting Doors, Wall Solutions and Young Talents

Your Responsibilities

• Be the main contact person for our 8 to 10 carpentry apprentices and support them professionally and personally throughout their apprenticeship
• Plan in-company training, maintain educational reports and prepare apprentices for the qualification procedure
• Work closely with the vocational school, inter-company courses and parents
• Participate in the selection of new apprentices
• Perform demanding bench and veneer work yourself and operate modern machines

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a certified carpenter
• Trainer course is an advantage – if you have not yet completed it, we will finance it for you
• You enjoy supporting young people and remain patient even in hectic moments
• Quality awareness, reliability and an independent working style
• Good German skills and confident use of MS Office
