Dementia Research Switzerland – Synapsis Foundation is the leading Swiss funding foundation in the field of dementia. We promote research into dementia diseases, especially Alzheimer’s.

To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and versatile individual for a 50% position.

Your tasks

• CRM & Data Management: Maintenance of contacts and address data, selections, data quality and overviews
• Fundraising & Administration: Support with research, applications and reporting, collaboration in the care of funding foundations and donors
• Mailings & Campaigns: Planning and administrative implementation of mailings, evaluations and follow-up
• Communications: Website and newsletter maintenance, social media, image research and support with graphic work
• Events: Organisation and support of events as well as collaboration in our roadshow

Your profile

• Commercial training, degree or comparable qualification
• Organisational talent and a structured, independent working style, quality awareness
• Enjoyment of varied tasks and taking on responsibility
• Confident use of digital tools and MS Office
• Very good German skills, French and English skills are an advantage
• Interest in fundraising, communications and socially relevant topics

What to expect

A varied 50% position with personal responsibility, scope for creativity and insight into fundraising, communications and events of a committed research foundation. Your workplace is centrally located in Zurich. There is the possibility of home office and flexible working hours.
