About the job
Your mission:
- Advising customers on their needs with expertise and kindness
- Preparing personalised offers for customers and potential customers
- Individual communication with customers via email, chat, telephone, post and on a rota basis at the counter
- Processing insurance and contract data as well as various administrative tasks
- Expanding skills in customer advisory and updates in the health insurance sector
Why you are the right person for this job:
- You have successfully completed professional training relevant to the position sought; holding a professional baccalaureate is an advantage
- Furthermore, you have completed the AFA certification (health insurance module) or are about to undertake it
- You communicate willingly and professionally by telephone and through various digital channels, especially in advisory and sales roles
- You are a calm, resilient person and maintain an objective view even in special situations
- Your mother tongue is Italian; other language skills are an advantage
