We are looking for an experienced sales professional who inspires discerning customers, builds long-term relationships, and is ready to gradually take on leadership responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities

• You personally, competently, and enthusiastically advise and support our customers.
• You build long-term customer relationships and create special shopping experiences with the highest level of advice and service quality.
• You take co-responsibility for organising and coordinating daily business.
• You professionally support your colleagues and promote a positive, performance-oriented team culture.
• You gradually develop into the deputy team leader and take over the operational management of the sales team in the absence of the sales management.

Your Profile

• Several years of successful sales experience in upscale specialist retail or luxury retail, ideally complemented by experience in hospitality
• Strong sales talent, high customer orientation, and natural hosting qualities
• Confident, winning demeanour and a keen sense for discerning customers
• Independent, structured working style and a high sense of responsibility
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and enjoyment in supporting and developing others
• Passion for high-quality watches and jewellery. Relevant expertise is an advantage
• Very good German skills; additional languages are welcome

Leadership experience is an advantage but not a requirement. More important to us are your personality, your sales competence, and the potential to develop into a leadership role.
