For the expansion of our team, we are seeking to hire in Verona a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Engineer.
Main Tasks
- Manage customer service (CS) project activities from offer to execution, including variation orders, training, and on-site support.
- Prepare and present refurbishment and technical service offers, especially for obsolete or third-party product replacements.
- Act as the primary interface with customers for technical issues, claims, and support requests.
- Coordinate internally (R&D, system engineering, production, repair teams) to resolve issues and ensure project delivery.
- Support sales in refurbishment projects and provide technical input for customer solutions.
- Contribute to obsolete product management in collaboration with product management and other stakeholders.
- Deliver training sessions or perform on-site investigations when required.
- Communicate project status and updates to customers, internal teams, and management.
- Engineering degree in the domain of electricity, telecommunications, industrial, mecanical or similar; or alternatively, an extensive experience in the railway sector in a similar role in a customer service environment.
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, project management, or development.
- Fluency in English and Italian, French and German are a plus.
- Ability to manage technical and commercial aspects of offers independently.
- Effective communication skills with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Autonomous, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
- Team-oriented mindset with balanced interpersonal skills.
- Market-oriented thinking and solid IT skills.
- Desirable: knowledge or interest in cybersecurity.
