Role:
You bring many years of experience with Citrix and want not only to operate existing environments but actively shape their technical future? In this position, you take responsibility for complex system landscapes, support customers with demanding technical questions and continuously develop existing solutions. Particularly in demand are Citrix, ADC/NetScaler and VDI.
Responsibilities:
You take technical responsibility for the operation and design of complex Citrix environments
You further develop existing customer infrastructures and implement technical optimisations sustainably
You analyse faults and performance issues and ensure efficient resolution
You support customers in defining suitable solutions and accompany their technical implementation
You proactively identify optimisation opportunities and develop concrete improvement measures from them
You contribute to continuously improving the stability, security and performance of the managed system landscapes
Qualifications:
You have completed an IT education at HF/FH level or a federal professional certificate
You have several years of practical experience in operating Citrix infrastructures
You are very familiar with Citrix ADC / NetScaler and have already operated and further developed corresponding solutions
Ideally, you have knowledge of Microsoft technologies and VDI
Ideally, you have a Citrix or Microsoft certification or comparable practical expertise
You know the basics of ITIL and can classify IT service processes accordingly
You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner and enjoy direct customer contact
You have fluent German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
