Your area of responsibility
We are looking for a motivated team member (m/f/d) for our agile product team with a strong sense of quality and lean processes.
In this role, you are responsible for the following tasks:
- Active and committed participation in our autonomous payment development team
- Participation in agile team events and promotion of open, constructive communication
- Advancing your career towards software development and Avaloq parameterisation
- Support in solution design and analysis, e.g. in concepts and backlog refinement
- Analysis and implementation of customer requirements in Avaloq in the payments area, including settlement and cash reconciliation (programming, integration, testing, rollout)
- Ensuring delivery quality through shift-left, DevOps and close collaboration with the QA team
- Creation and maintenance of in-house developments and interfaces
- Operation of instant payment as a container solution
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction through continuous feedback and ongoing product adjustment
Your profile
- Proven experience in Avaloq parameterisation in the payments or securities area or a strong background in business analysis in one of these areas, combined with the motivation to develop further as an Avaloq developer
- Strong customer orientation as well as the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective solutions (analytical and solution-oriented thinking)
- Experience with agile methods such as Scrum, DevOps and Kanban; a SAFe certification is an advantage
- Systematic, structured and independent working style
- Resilient personality with initiative and strong implementation skills
- Excellent communication skills, openness and a collaborative team spirit
- Willingness to take responsibility and actively drive personal development
- Fluent English or German skills as well as the ability to communicate well in the other language.
