zeka has been committed in the canton of Aargau since 1966 to children, young people and adults with individual educational and care needs. We operate two special schools, a weekly boarding school, seven outpatient therapy and counselling centres as well as residential, work, occupational and training places. 

For the residential home in Baden-Dättwil we are looking for a

Work Agogist / Work Agogists 50-100%

Your tasks

• Agogical support taking into account the resources of the residents
• Service and product development
• Documentation of the IBB services
• Sales documentation
• Occasional support during lunch care

Your profile

• Training in work agogy at HF level
• Several years of experience in a similar environment
• Experience with wood or textiles
• Experience in the service sector
• Strong professional, social and personal skills
• Appreciative attitude and empathy in professional relationship building
