The Grisons Cantonal School is an important educational institution with around 1,000 pupils in all three cantonal languages. As a department of the Office for Higher Education, it offers secondary school courses at the long- and short-term grammar school as well as at the specialised, commercial and computer science secondary schools. As a teacher for physics, you will teach students at the grammar school.
We are looking for one or two physics teachers for our school starting 1 August 2027. The advertised workload can be split and increased to a total of 180% over the next two school years. With second subjects, appointments of 100% are possible within the described period.
Your area of responsibility
- Teaching activities in the field of physics at the grammar school
- Organisation and implementation of project weeks, class events and excursions in a team with other teachers
- Taking on various tasks within the subject department
- Participation in development projects of the comprehensive school
What we expect from you
- Completed university degree in the teaching subject physics as well as a teaching diploma for grammar schools
- Teaching experience at secondary level II and a qualification in a recognised second subject are advantageous
- Flexible, proactive and team-oriented personality who enjoys working with young people. We also expect a communicative person who takes responsibility and is happy to engage in school life
- As a teacher at the trilingual school, knowledge of other cantonal languages rounds off your profile
