Main Responsibilities

Breakdown assistance, towing service, replacement vehicle: The Technical Assistance team takes care of vehicle and other property damages. We ensure that the inconvenience is kept to a minimum. As a contact person for insured persons in Switzerland, we coordinate assistance on site and onward travel in various languages. In addition, we issue insurance certificates for vehicles, receive damage reports (e.g. due to storms, hail or floods), or organise the return transport of a vehicle and cost management. • You receive emergency calls, organise assistance abroad and support the organisation of transports.
• You ensure the flow of information by proactively communicating with customers, their relatives, service providers and business partners at home and abroad.
• You work closely with the internal & external contacts involved in the case.
• You handle customer concerns for our exciting range of clients and find solutions for them.
• You benefit from flexible working hours with different shifts on weekdays as well as weekends.

Your Skills and Talents

• Language skills are central to this role. Therefore, you communicate fluently and confidently in spoken and written German, French and English. Italian or other languages are an advantage.
• You have a winning, open manner and outstanding communication skills.
  You have completed a vocational training or secondary school and possess commercial experience.
• You are an organisational talent and always find solutions to various challenges.
• You are technically proficient and can quickly familiarise yourself with different IT systems without difficulty. You are confident in using Office.
