Document Controller
APCO Technologies specialises in the design and manufacture of high-quality mechanical and electromechanical equipment for space, energy, and industrial applications.

Your Mission:
We are looking for a Document Controller to assist project managers as well as the Product Assurance team.
In this role, you play a key part in managing and monitoring documents related to projects. You ensure the quality, compliance, and smooth circulation of documents between internal teams and clients.
What you will do:
Manage and monitor a large volume of technical and administrative documents
Verify document compliance: signature pages, formatting, versioning, confidential marking, etc.
Prepare and send documents to clients via dedicated platforms
Ensure deadlines for sending and document schedules are met
Perform quality control of documents before distribution
Receive and track client comments
Coordinate document updates with internal teams taking into account feedback and approvals
Maintain clear traceability of versions and document exchanges
Participate in communication with clients and project teams (emails and calls for administrative follow-up)
Collaborate with all project managers and internal teams
What you bring:
You hold a Federal VET Diploma or an equivalent qualification
First experience in administration, coordination, or document management appreciated
Excellent rigour and great attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
Proficiency in French and English (minimum B2), both spoken and written
Ability to manage large volumes of documents in a demanding environment
Comfortable with IT tools, document platforms, and the Office suite
Good sense of organisation and prioritisation
Interest and curiosity for technical disciplines
Knowledge of planning tools such as Microsoft Project would be a plus
