Your challenge:

• Professional telephone advice for incoming calls
• Answering questions about invoices, payments and credit card availability.
• You also support our customers with all questions about our e-services and help them achieve the best possible use of our platforms.
• In addition, you continuously expand your knowledge of our wide range of products, processes and services to always provide our customers with comprehensive and competent assistance.
• In critical moments such as card loss or fraud, you are the reassuring anchor for our customers and support them empathetically and effectively.

Your qualities:

• You have completed an apprenticeship or A-levels
• You have excellent German and French language skills
• Communicating in English is no problem for you
• You are very familiar with the e-services
• Preferably, you already have experience in a contact centre
• Customer enthusiasm is not a foreign word to you and you always find tailor-made solutions and answers
• You have good knowledge of common MS Office programmes and are technically proficient
• You are quickly able to familiarise yourself with different systems and processes
• Your criminal record and debt enforcement extract are clean
• Multitasking ability, very reliable, friendly and a healthy sense of humour
