About the job

To strengthen our "Law and Construction" department at one of our locations in Kloten or Dübendorf, we are looking for you with a workload between 60% and 100% as

Project Manager: Building Law / Building Applications

Your area of responsibility

• Collaboration in advising municipal and city administrations on construction issues (with the possibility of independently managing city and municipal engineer mandates)
• Building law examination of building applications as well as handling related issues

Basic training / experience

• Training in the field of "Architecture" (e.g. as a draughtsperson EFZ, architect FH/ETH) or in public administration (preferably with activities in the building authority) or
• Studies in law (such as lic. iur., Bachelor, Master) or
• Professional experience in Zurich planning and building law

You bring with you

• Interest in building law and planning issues
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Flexibility and ability to work in a team
