Lawyer Legal Advice Real Estate & Home Ownership 90–100 %

Your Tasks

You will advise our members personally and practically on legal matters relating to house and home ownership. The focus of your work is tenancy law. In addition, you will handle issues from other legal areas closely related to home ownership such as tenancy, condominium ownership, neighbour law, public and private building law, contract and commission law, energy law, insurance law, debt and bankruptcy law, purchase and sale, inheritance law, and pension provision.

Your tasks include in particular:

• Personal and telephone legal advice for our members
• Supporting members in the practical implementation of legal issues
• Supporting parties in conflict situations, ensuring conflict resolution
• Drafting letters, contracts, statements, rent calculations, conciliation requests
• Conducting or accompanying apartment inspections and handovers
• Coordinating external partners in the fields of construction and tax law
• Conducting courses, contributing to information sheets, specialist information, events, and other services of HEV Lucerne

Your Profile

You hold a Master of Law, a licentiate in law, or a comparable legal university degree. A lawyer’s licence is not required for this position. Professional experience is an advantage.
