How does a complex data and AI landscape become a powerful platform with real business value? We are looking for a technical product strategist who resolves dependencies, sets priorities, and develops Data & AI from individual use cases into scalable enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities:
Steering the technological development of a modern enterprise Data & AI platform
Designing platform capabilities for analytics, machine learning, and AI applications
Defining and prioritising technical initiatives aligned with strategic corporate goals
Building a clear roadmap for platform, data, and AI functionalities
Evaluating requirements based on added value, scalability, effort, and technological sustainability
Structuring complex problems and translating them into actionable solutions
Coordinating technical dependencies between product, engineering, data, and security teams
Supporting the introduction of new AI technologies and modern data engineering approaches
Advancing MLOps and DataOps principles for reliable platform operation
Promoting self-service approaches for data and AI users
Contributing to architecture, governance, and security standards
Early identification of risks and blockages and driving sustainable decisions
Preparing complex technical topics for management, specialist departments, and technical teams
Qualifications:
Many years of experience in technology-driven data, AI, platform, or digital product roles
Technical university degree or comparable solid practical experience
Very good understanding of modern data platforms and machine learning architectures
Experience in managing complex technical products or platforms
Confident handling of agile methods, product backlogs, and roadmaps
Experience with enterprise or regulated environments is an advantage
Ability to make technical decisions based on business value and long-term architectural quality
Strong strategic thinking combined with technical detail understanding
Strong communication skills and confident stakeholder management
