About the job
Our specialised hospital for social medicine and addiction diseases Sune-Egge offers inpatient and outpatient treatments for patients with combined somatic and psychiatric illnesses. We have 22 acute and 20 long-term care beds in Zurich and work closely with public hospitals, doctors, local specialist centres, and addiction support institutions.

Dipl. Nurse HF/FH as RAI Responsible / RAI Responsible LTCF 60% – 70%
Your tasks
- Professional responsibility: You are responsible for the correct, complete, and timely execution of the internal RAI assessments LTCF.
- Quality assurance: You check and ensure data quality as well as the correct care classification for seamless billing with health insurers.
- Consulting & coaching: You support, train, and accompany the nursing staff in care planning, documentation, and needs assessment.
- Process optimisation: You introduce uniform, economical processes for needs determination and further develop them.
- Interface work: You work closely with the nursing management (PDL), ward managers, and external bodies.
Your profile
- Education: Completed nursing education at tertiary level (Dipl. Nurse HF / FH / DNII) or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland.
- Further training: Completed training as RAI coordinator, RAI supervisor, or RAI expert (or willingness to complete this promptly).
- Experience: Solid professional experience in Swiss long-term care or Spitex environment as well as proficient use of common RAI software.
- Personality: Analytical, networked thinking, high personal responsibility, assertiveness, and strong communication skills.
- Language skills: Very good German skills in spoken and written form.
