About the job
You enjoy organising, have a passion for numbers, and want to actively shape administrative processes? Then you are in the right place with us.
The Family Counselling Association of the Muri District advises and supports families, children, and young people in various life situations and carries out child protection mandates on behalf of the family court. To allow our specialists to focus on their counselling work, a well-organised and reliable administration is needed in the background.
For our secretariat, we are looking for a committed individual who will be responsible for the daily administrative tasks, take on accounting duties, and enjoy further developing existing processes.
What you will do
- Organisation & Coordination: You take responsibility for the operation of the secretariat and coordinate the administrative processes. You will be supported by a team colleague.
- Client Contact & Administration: You are an important point of contact for our clients, coordinate appointments, and handle telephone and written enquiries.
- Accounting & Finance: You independently take on accounting tasks, manage payment transactions, and support the administrative management of financial mandates and foundation funds.
- Processes & Digitalisation: You contribute your ideas, analyse existing processes, and help to make our administrative procedures simpler, more efficient, and more digital.
- Collaboration & Support: You support our counselling staff and the foster family placement service in administrative matters and take on annual tasks as well as other varied duties.
What you bring with you
- A commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
- Work experience in client administration and/or client accounting in child protection and with the software Klib
- Enjoyment in independently handling numbers and financial tasks.
- Very good user knowledge of Microsoft 365 as well as an interest in digital solutions and improving workflows.
- A structured, careful, and independent working style with a good sense of priorities.
- Enjoyment in working in tandem, initiative, and willingness to share responsibility together.
- An empathetic, service-oriented, and discreet personality as well as very good German language skills in spoken and written form.
- Knowledge of social insurance or social services is an advantage.
What you can look forward to
- A meaningful activity: With your work, you make an important contribution to supporting families, children, and young people in our region.
- Room for your own ideas: You can actively contribute and help shape the further development of our administrative and digital processes.
- Variety & Independence: You can expect a versatile combination of organisation, client contact, and accounting.
- A committed team: You work in a collegial environment with attractive employment conditions.
