Your tasks

• Reservations, information & correspondence in German and English
• Sales of all spa offers (massages & beauty treatments) as well as spa and beauty products
• Guest care
• Operation of the telephone system
• Customer-friendly and efficient handling and processing of administrative tasks such as managing the address and customer database

Your profile

• Commercial basic training and ideally several years of professional experience in the upscale wellness hotel sector
• Very good language skills, spoken and written (German/French/English)
• Good IT skills (MS Office)
• Polished manners with a good dose of warmth
• Flexibility, sense of responsibility, organisational talent, and a pronounced sales talent
• Willingness to work (including part-time and weekend shifts) and a well-groomed appearance complete your profile
