How you can contribute

• Lead a team of seven highly qualified and motivated employees and promote their further development
• Feasibility assessment, development and definition of new projects as well as managing their successful implementation
• Coordination of internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Support and advise portfolio management regarding solution strategies
• Develop concepts, standards and guidelines for strategic real estate management

What makes you unique

• Architect or civil engineer with a professional or university degree and further training in business administration, or business economist with further training in real estate/construction economics
• Experience in real estate management and project development; analytical, conceptual and networked thinking skills
• Committed, independent and competent; strong leadership skills with proven success in employee development and motivation
• Confident demeanour; negotiation skills, resilience and flexibility
• Good active knowledge of two official languages and passive knowledge of the third

You define projects together with your team, commission external partners and coordinate their implementation within a unique real estate portfolio. As a dedicated professional, you actively contribute your expertise and know how to deal confidently and appropriately with various internal and external contacts.
