• Strategic coordination of the employer Canton Aargau's vocational education - You advance overarching vocational education topics and ensure and promote their further development with those responsible for vocational education
• Apprenticeship and employer marketing - You develop marketing strategies, manage career pages, social media channels, organise onboarding events and trade fair appearances, etc.
• Management of vocational education conferences and organisation of educational events - You plan and moderate the vocational education conferences and organise educational events for vocational and practical trainers as well as networking events for apprentices
• Relationship management - You actively maintain contacts with internal and external stakeholders and the public administration sector
• Support for Mediamatics apprentices - You promote and accompany trainees in the Mediamatics profession and take on the role of vocational and practical trainer

What you bring:

• Independent, proactive and service-oriented working style combined with a strong organisational flair
• Broad experience in vocational education and sound knowledge of the Swiss vocational education landscape as well as interest and curiosity about current trends and developments
• Enjoyment in working with young people as well as collaboration with all generations and in interdisciplinary teams in a political environment
• Enthusiasm and networking skills as well as clear, target group-appropriate communication and a convincing presence towards all stakeholders
• Completed studies in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a similar field

Your working environment

The Department of Finance and Resources with around 650 employees is a cross-sectional department responsible for ensuring that the canton has the necessary resources to fulfil its tasks.

The Human Resources Aargau division develops the basis for implementing a contemporary and socially responsible HR and salary policy for the employer Canton Aargau. The focus is on shaping a modern working environment and further developing leadership tools to support operational HR work in the departments, the State Chancellery and the courts of Canton Aargau.
