Head of Project Management (m/f/d) 80–100%

Your Tasks

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Plant Engineering or a comparable technical field
  • Several years of professional and leadership experience (at least 5 years) in project management, ideally of heating plants/networks and/or electricity production facilities (water, wind, photovoltaics, BESS)
  • Strong leadership, project management and stakeholder management skills, as well as experience in managing interdisciplinary project teams, complemented by communication skills and negotiation ability; IPMA certification is an advantage
  • Fluent German and English skills, French is a plus; driving licence category B available
  • Entrepreneurial, structured and independent working style with high resilience and assertiveness
  • Winning, proactive and team-oriented personality with high efficiency and the ambition to successfully drive projects forward

Your Qualities

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Plant Engineering or a comparable technical field
  • Several years of professional and leadership experience (at least 5 years) in project management, ideally in the construction of electricity production facilities (water, wind, photovoltaics, BESS or thermal plants)
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, complemented by communication skills and negotiation ability; IPMA certification is an advantage.
  • Fluent German and English skills, French is a plus; driving licence category B available
  • Entrepreneurial, structured and independent working style with high resilience and assertiveness
  • Winning, proactive and team-oriented personality with high efficiency and the ambition to successfully drive projects forward
