Tasks
- You advise and accompany patients and their relatives on social and personal issues
- You competently and solution-orientedly clarify social insurance and financial matters
- You are responsible for organising outpatient support measures for the return home
- You mediate suitable institutions and follow-up solutions according to needs and individually
- You professionally network patients with authorities, insurance companies and other organisations
- You contribute your social work expertise in the interdisciplinary treatment team and work closely with various professional groups
- Depending on your qualifications and interests, you accompany and support students in their practical training
Profile
- A completed education in social work (FH/HF) is mandatory
- You already have sound knowledge of the social insurance system
- Ideally, you have gained experience in clinical social work or healthcare
- You act professionally, empathetically and solution-oriented even in severe human fates
- Flexibility, teamwork and resilience characterise you
- A structured, independent and reliable way of working is natural for you
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written; further language skills are an advantage
- A CAS practical training is desirable
