Analysis and optimisation of customer processes as well as development of individual solutions based on the Abacus product range
Translation of business requirements into technical solutions and ensuring a common understanding between the specialist department and IT
Responsibility for requirements engineering as well as development and documentation of solution architectures
Professional support of project implementation and assistance to the project team and customers during implementation
Close collaboration with project management, sales and product management for the successful implementation of complex Abacus projects
Qualifications:
Solid experience with the Abacus product range, ideally as a user or consultant
Several years of practice in requirements engineering and business analysis
Experience in the implementation and support of complex Abacus projects
Knowledge of agile or hybrid project methods as well as strong analytical and conceptual thinking
Fluent German skills, good English skills are an advantage, as well as residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
